How to use Excel to PDF
- Add your workbook. Drag in an .xlsx file.
- Choose a layout. Landscape and smaller text help wide sheets fit.
- Convert and download. Press Convert to PDF.
No more sheets split across 20 pages
Printing from Excel often splits wide sheets into many pages. PDFWisely fits every column to the page width, wraps long text inside cells and repeats the header row on each page, so the PDF is easy to read.
- Values are shown as Excel displays them: dates, percentages, currency and thousand separators.
- Formulas show their last calculated result.
- Charts, cell colours and merged-cell layouts aren't reproduced. For those, use Excel's own File → Save As → PDF.
Private by design
Your files are processed entirely inside your browser on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to PDFWisely, so there's nothing for us to store, read or delete. You can even disconnect from the internet after this page loads.
