How to use PowerPoint to PDF
- Add your presentation. Drag in a .pptx file from PowerPoint, Keynote (export as PowerPoint) or Google Slides (Download → .pptx).
- Choose options. Hidden slides are skipped unless you include them.
- Convert and download. Press Convert to PDF.
What's included
- Slide backgrounds, theme colours and master-slide decorations.
- Text boxes and placeholders with fonts, sizes, colours, bullets and alignment.
- Pictures, rectangles, rounded rectangles, ellipses, lines and tables.
- An invisible text layer, so you can search and copy text in the PDF.
Animations, transitions, videos, charts and SmartArt aren't included. When a PDF must match PowerPoint exactly, use PowerPoint's own File → Export → Create PDF, which is free.

Frequently asked questions
Is PowerPoint to PDF free?
Yes. No sign-up and no watermark.
Does it support .ppt files?
Only .pptx. Open older .ppt files in PowerPoint or Google Slides and save as .pptx first.
Can I search the text in the PDF?
Yes. An invisible text layer is added behind each slide.
Why does a font look different?
Your browser draws the slides with the fonts installed on your device. Fonts you don't have are replaced with a similar one.
Is my presentation uploaded?
